Dish: Ukrainian Borsch (Beetroot Soup)
Step 1 – give the ingredients
A cook needs 1 kilo of pork, four potatoes, a cabbage, two beetroots, two carrots, an onion and a glass of tomato juice.
Step 2 – Explain how to cook
Firstly, chop meat and boil it in the pot, so it is boiled (this part is optional, helps to train Participle II).
Peel vegetables with a peeler, so they are peeled, then dice vegetables with a knife, so that they are diced.
Secondly, fry vegetables on a frying pan and add tomato juice.
Add all ingredients to the pot with boiled pork.
Thirdly, cook until ready.
Step 3 – Explain how to serve
Serve hot in a bowl with a table spoon.
